Terms of Use
Last updated July 19, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Arch, a decentralized memecoin launchpad on the Circle Arc network. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Arch.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use decentralized finance applications in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Arch complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
2. No Financial Advice
Arch is a self-service tool for launching and trading tokens on a bonding curve. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched on Arch are highly speculative, may have no value, and you may lose the entire amount you spend.
3. Wallet and Custody
Arch is non-custodial. You retain full control of your wallet and assets at all times, and you are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases. We can never access, freeze, or recover your funds.
4. Token Launches
Anyone can launch a token on Arch. We do not endorse, vet, or guarantee any token, creator, or project. Token names, tickers, images, and descriptions are supplied by users and do not reflect the views of Arch. You are responsible for any token you create and for conducting your own research before trading.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Arch for unlawful activity, including fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, infringing intellectual property, or launching tokens that impersonate others or promote illegal content. We may restrict access to the interface where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
6. Fees
Trades on the bonding curve are subject to a protocol fee disclosed in the interface at the time of the transaction. Network settlement is denominated in USDC on the Arc network. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Arch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arch and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Arch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
