Privacy Policy
Last updated July 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Arch collects when you use the launchpad and how we use it. Arch is a decentralized, non-custodial application, and we intentionally collect as little personal data as possible.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require accounts, names, or email addresses. When you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address to display your holdings, trades, and rewards. Any token metadata you submit — names, tickers, descriptions, and uploaded images — is stored so it can be shown across the platform.
2. On-Chain and Public Data
Transactions and token launches recorded on or settled through the Arc network are public by nature. Your wallet address and activity may be permanently visible on public block explorers and cannot be deleted by Arch.
3. Uploaded Content
Images and files you upload when launching a token are stored using Vercel Blob and served publicly so they can appear in the token feed and on token pages. Do not upload anything you consider private or confidential.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential browser storage to maintain your session, remember your theme preference, and keep the interface working. We do not sell your data and do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers.
5. Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve performance. These analytics do not identify you personally.
6. Third-Party Services
Arch relies on third-party infrastructure such as wallet providers, RPC endpoints, and hosting services. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
7. Data Retention
Off-chain data such as token metadata and cached statistics is retained for as long as needed to operate the platform. On-chain and public data persists independently of Arch and is outside our control.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Arch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
